You are solely responsible for Your Content and warrant that you have all rights necessary to upload and use it within the Service. We do not sell Your Content to third parties.
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Vursu LLC, you consent to receive SMS and MMS messages related to your use of the Service. These may include service confirmations, appointment reminders, and operational updates.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and interface design — are owned by Vursu LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
The Service integrates with third-party tools and platforms (such as Slack, Google Drive, ClickUp, and others). Your use of those third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
Certain features of the Service are available on a paid subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in a separate agreement.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any price changes.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VURSU LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vursu LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Illinois.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
