  • Payment Information. If you purchase a paid plan, our third-party payment processor collects billing details on our behalf. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Information from Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party tools to Vursu (such as Slack, Google Drive, SharePoint, Notion, ClickUp, HubSpot, Granola, or other supported integrations), we may receive data from those services as authorized by you. We only access the data necessary to provide the integration functionality you have enabled.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process your uploaded knowledge content and make it searchable, structured, and usable within the platform
  • Power AI-driven features, including search, content generation, and workflow automation
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
  • Send transactional communications (account confirmations, security alerts, service updates)
  • Send marketing communications where you have opted in (you may unsubscribe at any time)
  • Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve the user experience

3. How We Use AI and Third-Party AI Providers

Vursu uses artificial intelligence to power core platform features such as knowledge structuring, search, content generation, and workflow automation. To deliver these features, we may process Your Content through third-party AI providers, including Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI.

Important commitments regarding AI processing:

  • Your Content is sent to AI providers solely to perform the functions you initiate within the platform.
  • We do not sell Your Content to AI providers or any other third party.
  • We do not permit third-party AI providers to use Your Content to train their general-purpose models. Our agreements with these providers include data protection terms that restrict their use of your data.
  • AI-generated outputs within Vursu are grounded in Your Content and your organization's knowledge base.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers. We share information with third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Service, including cloud hosting (Vercel), AI processing (Anthropic, OpenAI), analytics, and payment processing. These providers are contractually obligated to use your data only as necessary to perform services on our behalf.
  • Within Your Organization. If you use Vursu as part of a team or organization, other authorized members of your account may access shared knowledge content and workspace data according to the permissions set by your account administrator.
  • Legal Requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.
  • With Your Consent. We may share information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

5. SMS / Text Messaging

Vursu LLC may send SMS or MMS text messages to phone numbers you provide, where you have opted in to receive them. By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive text messages from Vursu LLC, you consent to receive informational, transactional, and service-related text messages.

  • Types of messages. Service updates, demo confirmations, appointment reminders, and other operational communications related to your use of Vursu services.
  • Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on your activity and preferences.
  • Charges. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details.
  • Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts.
  • Help. Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at support@vursu.com.
  • No sharing. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and Your Content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your information within 90 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes. Backup copies may persist for a limited additional period before being fully purged.

7. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
