Zach Linder

Co-Founder

Zach Linder is an operator, a team builder, and a founder with more than two decades of experience building companies from scratch and helping scale them into durable businesses that went on to successful exits.

He has done this across multiple companies. From building a global operations and engineering practice that included a development center in Hyderabad, India, to joining early stage startups and helping them grow through acquisition, Zach has taken on the hardest problems in a business and built the teams and systems to solve them. His work has spanned engineering, product, finance, delivery, account management, and project management, often improving reporting accuracy, automation, onboarding, and operational consistency.

Along the way he saw the same pattern repeat. Companies grow. Knowledge does not. Tribal knowledge stays trapped in people's heads. Processes live in inboxes. Every new hire starts from zero. No amount of AI investment fixes that if the foundation is missing.

Vursu is his answer to that problem. It is a Knowledge Operating System that gives every business a structured AI brain that captures how the business actually works and makes that knowledge usable across the team.

Zach later co-founded Stellar Technology Services, where his team helped organizations implement data and AI systems safely inside their own environments. Those projects reinforced a simple lesson. AI works best when a company's knowledge is organized, trusted, and accessible.

Trey Blazic

Co-Founder

Trey Blazic is an operator and founder with more than two decades of experience building systems that power real businesses. His career began in ad tech and programmatic operations where he focused on the infrastructure most companies depend on but few people see. He helped build automation systems, data pipelines, and revenue optimization platforms that supported major digital publishers and high volume advertising operations.

That work shaped how he approaches business. Building technology is only part of the problem. The harder challenge is building systems that allow teams to operate consistently as companies grow.

Over time Trey noticed the same pattern repeat itself across organizations. Companies expand, but their knowledge does not scale with them. Critical decisions live in Slack threads, tribal knowledge stays in people's heads, and processes are scattered across inboxes and spreadsheets. New employees are forced to learn through trial and error because the business has never captured how it actually operates.

That insight became the foundation for Vursu. Vursu is a Knowledge Operating System designed to capture how a business truly works and turn that knowledge into infrastructure that both people and AI systems can use. By organizing documents, processes, and tribal knowledge in one place, companies can operate more consistently and scale without losing what they have learned.

Trey brings a practical perspective to this work because he operates businesses himself. He runs Junk Removal 911, one of Chicago's largest privately owned junk removal companies with more than twenty years of operating history. He also co-founded DYLF Hats, a growing lifestyle hat brand built around community and everyday wear.

These companies provide a real world proving ground for the systems he builds. The challenges of hiring, training, customer service, logistics, and operations are not theoretical. They are the same problems his software is designed to solve.
